and he only gets it when he gets sleepy and tired. then his eye droops and i can see the pink thing. and when its cold its only in one eye?what can this be?..im going to bring him to the vet i just what some advise before i go. thanks much appreciated =D

It's good you are going to the vet. Could be something called "cherry eye". Only the vet can tell you. Good luck

Could be a mild cherry eye. If that is what it is and it does not interfere with his sight (usually doesn't), I would not remove it; however, a vet trip is in order to be sure.

It probaly has a "Cherry Eye". It's not the only dog who does that probaly. It's a good idea your going to see the vet about this!

It is most likly Cherry Eye. I got a beagle pup and she has it in both eyes. there is a simple surgery to correct it. Vet can explain it better. Good luck
